Bradley Barcola Liverpool Move Confirmed

Bradley Barcola Liverpool is in the final stages of talks with the French forward and could be set to depart European champions Paris Saint-Germain in a bid that is believed to be heading towards a £123m ($166.43m) move.

Media reports suggest that Liverpool will pay an initial £106m for the 23-year-old, with performance bonuses set to take the overall package to £123m. Barcola is also expected to enter into a five-year deal with the Premier League outfit.

The transfer would be another big sign from Liverpool’s new manager Andoni Iraola, who have been busy revamping their team in the UK. Barcola was imported to PSG in 2023 from his childhood club Lyon, and was instantly part of an accomplished squad. He won three Ligue 1 championships and two French Cups during his Paris years and consecutive Champions League titles in 2024-25 and 2025-26.

He has 152 appearances to his name for PSG with 39 goals and 37 assists. There was still two years left on the player’s contract.

With the loan of Ronald Araujo, centre-back Jeremy Jacquet and Spanish striker Victor Munoz, Barcola would become the next big name signing at Anfield.

Liverpool have already cast a long shadow on their attack, with a British record signing in the form of Alexander Isak and they have brought in British duo Cody Gakpo, Rio Ngumoha and Munoz. The club is getting accustomed to life without Mohamed Salah as Hugo Ekitike is still injured and therefore unavailable due to a long term injury.

Liverpool are preparing for a new era as they seek to hold their place in the top ranks of England and the reported Barbola deal would provide another attacking weapon for the Red Devils as they look to keep the versatile Iraola as a key component of that arsenal.
