EPL: 4 matches. We could see shocking results this weekend. The 2022/2023 Premier League season is now nearing its conclusion.
Everybody at the table has something to compete for, as is customary.
Another exciting chapter is expected to begin this weekend.
West Ham vs. Manchester United: Erik Ten Hag’s team has a dismal road record this year. And their dramatic 1-0 loss at Brighton on Thursday did not help matters. Regardless of the fact that Roberto De Zerbi’s team outperformed the Red Devils and earned three points, the winning goal came in the 99th minute. At the London Stadium, United will play the Hammers in another challenging matchup as they welcome back several key players.
2. Man City vs. Leeds: Sam Allardyce, who replaced Javi Garcia at Elland Road this week, made his Premier League comeback. The former manager of West Brom and Everton also offered some amusing soundbites, asserting that Pep Guardiola, the manager of City, is no match for him. As he works to maintain Leeds in the top division, he might as well demonstrate that in his first game in charge at the Etihad.

3. Frank Lampard, Chelsea’s interim manager, has lost his first six games across all competitions and is winless heading into their matchup against Bournemouth. Stamford Bridge will have a crisis if the Blues lose to Bournemouth. But like Wolves did in Lampard’s opening game, the Cherries have been playing well lately and can pull off yet another shock.
4. Brentford vs. Liverpool: The Bees stunned Jurgen Klopp’s team in the rematch by winning 3-1 at home. Despite the fact that this match will be played at Anfield, you cannot bet against them beating Liverpool. This game must be won if the Reds are to benefit if Manchester United falters in their quest to break into the top four this season.
